Rune Combos sets/stacking?

The suggestion is:

• Runes grant additional bonuses depending on how many are socketed on equipped gear.
• Adding more runes of the same type will add new Rune effects.
• Certain runes of different types can be socketed to grant different effects.
• Possible glow effects with certain Rune Combo's.

so is this a suggestion or working deal cause my champ is hybrid on all items ?

It is a suggestion.
Almost everything in this thread is an example, except for the part quoted above.
