Searching for champions

Im unable to do a save and continue anymore without getting this problem.
Every save and continue.
Every time i login.

I have been getting this Searching for Champions bug.. 90% since i got the 30 Ascends.
30 Ascended Caos and 90% chance of getting this 5 minute wait bug per save and continue and logging in fior the first time of the day takes 5mins or more with 100% chance of getting this loading delay from login.

I have recorded it for up to 11 minutes, that's the longest it's lasted.
Most of the time it's just over 5minutes, and sometimes it's 8 and a bit minutes.

From 26 Ascends, never had this problem before at all.
From 27 Ascends, i was getting it randomly, once in 8 saves and continues.
From 28 Ascends, i was getting it still randomly, once in 5 saves and continues.
From 29 Ascends, it was a 50/50 chance of getting this searching for champions loading screen.
-sometimes it would load perfectly twice in a row, then it would give me a long loading champions screen twice in a row.
From 30 Ascends, 90% chance of getting this long loading screen, i sat here for an hour reloading just to make sure it is 90% chance.
-only once so far in an hour, has this not given me a loading screen delay.

I think I had that bug just once, and I just closed the game and re-opened it and it was fine, but I also had a few things uploading at the time.

I get this after i spend hours in the game putting up with the loading screens.

Eventually this loading blip will start happening, and more often the more you play and experience the long loading screens.

This is still a thing.

The loading screen is slightly different now, like order of what loads, it changes randomly, but i'm still having the loading issue.

Im not sure if making more videos displaying slight changes is going to make a difference or if it helps at all.

Just wanted to show the changes in what it shows in the loading dialogue box.
Seems to show things in a different order.




Either way the issue is still the same, just things load differently.

We appreciate the videos We'll be digging into this once again after we fix the more pressing dungeon issue
