Sometimes it is your system, sometimes it's ours. Listing your specs helps us make sure it's not your computer that is causing the issue!
Each patch we've done has helped fix network issues that can cause problems like this. We're continuing to look at loading problems and will continue to work to fix them

Ok i seem to be getting this problem now too.

My previous posts in this thread were apparently unrelated, with a different type of loading issue that seems to have resolved itself.


But now... i am getting this exact problem.
As soon as i hit my 27th Ascend.. i started to get long loading screens randomly at the "Searching for Champions"

It lasts for a minimum of 5minutes.
Sometimes it loads instantly.. but majority of the time it takes 5minutes to load now.

I managed to push through the waiting time and get another Ascend level and am now at 28 Ascends, but it just gets worse with its randomness and happens more frequently.

I never had this problem before in my 26 previous Ascends, but immediately after getting the 27 Ascend this started happening.

1. What specs are you interested in getting specifically?
2. And is there a program or something that we need to use to get everything you are after for all the facts?

I looked over the "bug reporting read this first" thread, i didn't see anything specific, so can we get that updated with whatever relevant information that will come from answering these 2 questions above.

Its the error message. exceed of 60k character limit and only img files are allowed as attachments
