Signal Goes To E3
Allow me to start at the point.
While there are things, legal things, that prevent me from spilling the proverbial beans completely, I offer you, the loyal follower of everything Signal Studios, the following tasty morsels:
New game. Electronic Entertainment Expo 2012.
Yes, the time has come. For those of you who think games concerning Toys and Soldiers is all the fun Signal can offer the world, in mere days the fruits of our most recent labor will be revealed in spectacular fashion on the grandest of stages.
That’s what we’re expecting anyway.
We only deal in truths at this studio. One of these truths is that the announcement of a new original Signal game at the E.E.E. offers Signal staffers a temporary respite from working late nights and weekends. Truth No. 2: A crunch happens when a group of game developers work many additional hours to meet a deadline imposed upon them by a higher authority – usually an entity with money.
Another truth: During this crunch, a small team of Signal artists and animators (including yours truly) managed to produce an official announce trailer that is sure to stoke the fires inside your hungry gamer bellies.
As I write this, Signal is busy with E3 preparations, while a small contingent of Signalites girds its loins for the trek southwards to Los Angeles.
