Can't play since yesterday

Okay - I found the problem: For some reason after the update Zonealarm messed with the game - when I deactivate it the game runs fine.

I know that there was a server downtime supposed to happen yesterday, but if I haven't completely miscalculated the timezones it should be finished by now, right?

Because I still can't get into the game, no matter what I do (the tip with running the game in admin mode - I always run my windows in admin mode, that should be enough, right?). The loading screen and intro always runs, then comes the loading of content and it always gets to around 600 before I then get a "Ascent service not running" message (accept/exit).

My setup:

Win7 64bit, service pack1
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5400+ 2.8GHz
4 gig ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

Any tips?
