Character transferring (xbox 360)

When the full game of Ascend does release, will I be able to keep this character I've used in the beta or no? I would honestly like to start over with a new one simply because this game is in beta and I was spending lots of souls, serving multiple gods and just experimenting. Or at least we should be given the option to keep it or start a new..? Thanks.

They are working on something that would allow for people to transfer their stats, but there isn't any information on when that will be out.
I doubt players would be forced into transferring their stats just for the fact that Steam and Xbox Live are so different, so there wouldn't be anything for an automatic transfer.
