Known Issues

Below is a list of known issues that we are currently working on for OPEN BETA and will address in the next several updates. We greatly appreciate your patience and if you have any additional details related to the issues noted below please post your comments in our support forums.

Crashes:

• Video card buffers on 512MB cards can be maxed out if the player cycles between low and high shadows continuously. Exiting and restarting will fix the issue.
• There is rare chance a crash could happen when players alt-tabs multiple times between their desktop and game.

Disconnects:

• There are some rare cases where some machines will experience a random disconnect from the server.

Camera:

• In very close quarters the camera will sometimes pop and re-center behind the player’s character.
• When a cinematic sequence is transitioning from letter box to game view, moving the mouse can temporarily cause the camera to exhibit odd positioning behavior.

UI:

• Daily Blessing timer is inconsistent with the actual amount time received. Logging out of the game and logging back in will resolve the issue. Real time awarded is 30 minutes.
• Hitting Esc to back out of a throne/altar viewing also opens the pause menu.
• Daily Blessing UI requires the player to hit enter to dismiss.
• Lore menus cannot be dismissed using “E”
• Next Spell/Previous spell bindings for mouse wheel is currently not configurable in key bindings. But the functionality is default on the mouse wheel.
• Spell Icons in the Spell wheel cannot be clicked on using the mouse. Players must use the arrow keys to navigate to each spell.

General

• Holding down Left Shift and clicking the left mouse button will cause your Caos to dash.

I'm getting disconnected every time! My computer is good and internet too. BTW i live in Brazil, maybe smoe connection problems with the server cause of it?

The game crashes every time I attempt to enter The Gray Tomb. Tried 3x, crashed every time. A heads-up when this is fixed would be appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with the Ogres, I am repeatedly dropping them to 1% health, and they are regenerating their health back to 3/4 health. I at first thought this was isolated to F'taga, but I went back to sanctum and went through another dungeon and on the last boss I am experiencing the same issue. Is this a gear related glitch?

I am experiencing an issue with the Ogres, I am repeatedly dropping them to 1% health, and they are regenerating their health back to 3/4 health. I at first thought this was isolated to F'taga, but I went back to sanctum and went through another dungeon and on the last boss I am experiencing the same issue. Is this a gear related glitch?

A button should pop up saying you must do a finishing move by pressing 'E' on keyboard, or 'A' on a controller. That's why they're gaining health back.

This is the first time it happened but it is weird enough to have to say, so, i started fighting f'taga for the first time and i do a (LLLR) combo move and my character jumps up and lands in a crack between a stone wall and a poorly textured rock and cannot move out. clearly it was supposed to be unaccessable. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile.../?id=263674646 this page has a picture of the glitch. Please use your map to warp to a different area, and then warp back to where you need to be

This is my second time logging in, but my first time through I was able to get all te way until Crimhold Hills I believe where I was asked to fight a set of waves of trolls. I was able to get through most of it, but a certain point, the game glitched and I was stuck in a certain place and an invisible wall seemed to keep me from progressing and destroying the altar thing. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that did not work. It doesn't seem like I can start from scratch either.

As stated above, you can use your map to warp to the Sanctum, then use your map again to warp to where you need to be. That will get you unstuck.

yeah I have had alot of issues with the Disconnecting from server and have to actually exit the game completely to be able to back in, and have to redo parts of what I just finished doing. its not my connection cuz doesnt happen on any of my other more populated games. just this one
