Angry My TV wont work with this game

I recently bought this game on steam but cant play it.
I launch the game and hear the sound etc but I cant see anything, my TV is blank and just says "out of range".
Is there anyway to launch the game in windowed mode or in my resolution (1360 x 768)

    Hi chinacat!
Could you let us know what sort of PC you're using? What operating system, memory, and video card you have?
This will help us try to troubleshoot the problem

Replied on Steam! But I will post here anyways so other players who are having the same problem might be able to fix it as well:

    Please navigate to:
    C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\
(It is possible the AppData folder is hidden. If so, then go to Tools > Folder Options > View and tick the radio button “Show hidden files, folders, and drives”)

Edit the gfxsettings.xml file with notepad
Manually set xres to “640” and your yres to “480”
