    Plasmans Bugs!

    Apologies if some of these are known or already reported:

    – WASD is mapped for changing the camera AND hot-swapping turrets AND for controlling shell-cam. As soon as you try to change the camera or speed up a shell in shell-cam it hot swaps you in that direction.

    – Can’t rotate camera in tilt shift mode.

    – Going to land a heli says "HOLD B TO LAND"

    – Call in radio messages (We’re sending you our best man!) don’t sound, just get some radio static.

    – You can fire heli weapons in a silly direction (ie any direction you like) whilst the heli is doing its warm up and take off animation.

    – ESC key brings up the menu at all sorts of silly times, such as whilst switching turrets with the hot-swap. If I hot swap by accident I want to be hammering ESC so I can get out of turret mode as soon as the camera change is complete.

    – The helis seem invulnerable and just plough through destroyables? From the Paris level.

    – Seems like Anti-Air 2 fires a missile straight away when you click on "take control" button.

    – Heli AA missiles seeking a transport that disappears then go crazy and fly off (possibly flying back and landing within the map, which is hilarious) Encountered on Paris mission.

    Just glad I can help Signal polish off such a great game! I’ve had test/bug reporting access offered for new games in the past which I turn down because I don’t want to play an incomplete new game, but I’ve played TS enough on the 360 so I’m happy for early access!

    More bugs!

    – On Paris level I ended up with a missile from an Anti-Air 2 just sitting in the air. It still has the jet and smoke effects animating (though the smoke wasn’t trailing) and it was just sitting in the air!

    – On Rainy City I’ve ended up with a looped automatic rifle noise on one part of the map that was from an infantry wave that had been destroyed.

    – Not sure if you need to repair a turret that is under fire to get a RESCUED bonus, but I just repaired an AT with a visibly empty bar and got no bonus (between waves)

    – You cannot rotate the tilt-shift camera

    – When tallying the scores, I *think* it still makes a "text popup sound" for every single bonus tally (OVERKILL etc that pops up over your score medal as it tallys) even if you scored NONE of those types of bonus and NO popup appears.

    For example you didn’t score any CLOSE CALLs so there’s a gap during the tallying where "CLOSE CALLS X NUMBER" would pop up, it doesn’t pop up since you didn’t score any but the text pop up noise still plays.

    In fact hell, it would be cooler if instead it popped up with a little message in its place because you’re such a cool guy for getting 0 close calls!

    – Whilst panning the camera around with WASD, if your mouse cursor moves over a turret the camera halts for a second and starts moving again. Maybe this is a leftover from the controller controls where precision pointing and stopping the camera when you reach a turret is harder, but with a mouse cursor it makes the view scrolling feel disjointed if you "hook" a turret by accident.

    – In turret museum mode, right click is "hold to rotate turret" as well as "back"

    – The background "radio static" noise in the turret museum is a little loud

    – Alt tabbing the game and back makes some portions of onscreen text vanish. Effect doesn’t persist, ie you can open the pause menu, alt tab out then in, some of the medal requirements text is vanished, thenget out of the pause menu then open it back up again and the medal requirements text will be there again.

    – Selected the jet on the final level, but did not want to use it. ESC would not let me out of the "menu", had to click on the "take control" button then ESC from active vehicle control as normal.

    – Finished the game (woo!) and was in control of an artillery piece to take down the boss (of course, cue War of the Worlds music) and during the credits the background was the camera angle from the turret control mode, still in real-time. Then after the credits and the silly awesome clip at the end, the main menu I assume returned but the screen maintained what I can only assume is the final blank frame of the final clip. I got game menu sound effects, but not visual so I had to ALT F4.

    – Nuke call-in – When the countdown timer reaches 0, NOTHING HAPPENS! No time limit forcing you to choose where to aim it quickly… Also seemingly no ability to "ride the bomb" on the way in, which was always good fun.

    – The terrible "orbital laser noise doesn’t stop after the laser goes away" is still in the game!

    Moved him back to the correct forums! I’ve added the laser noise to our list!

    Oh yes, also

    – There’s a countdown up top as you use the laser, but once it reaches zero nothing happens. The time until the laser finishes is synched with the little "shading countdown" on the call-in icon, but not the countdown timer.

    – Expanding on the bug of "ESC" often bringing up the menu whilst controlling turrets, it seems to do it when you’ve stopped using shell-cam and the camera is rushing back to put you back in control of your turret. Again this is a time where players might be hammering ESC because they want to leave the turret ASAP.

    – On the first level, the tutorial where you are supposed to click on the Machine Gun icon for the first time to deploy the first turret is bugged and non responsive. Player has to mouse-wheel shift the camera angle to the closest view for the turret-placement-shadow to appear.

    – When starting a survival game, the intro to each level displays the "Enter to Skip" icon, but the intros are unskippable.

    – Tried out Commando mode for Bleak Outlook, no sound for his machine gun or rocket launcher.

    – I’d also suggest you disable his voice clips in Commando mode

    – I’d ALSO ALSO suggest the waves need a big shakeup for Commando. I didn’t play a game to completion, but the waves I did play were just endlessly shooting fish in a barrel. Having waves launch tougher enemies from multiple spawn points (some maps have very scattered spawn points) would be better. And no idea how overpowered simply camping the toybox entry would be.

    – In Trauma mode, placing barbed wire counts as a -1 to the toy box

    – Getting rid of the superfluous crosshairs for the gas and flamethrower would be cool

    – Moving the mouse cursor to the left or top of the screen in an effort to pan the camera, it seems the camera won’t pan if th emouse is all the way at the edge of the sceen. You have to have it sitting just away from the very edge. Down and right seem to work fine with the cursor jammed all the way to the edge.

    – Playing the first level on General mode, when the boss came along and parked up to spit out those all-terrain-screwtracks, my Anti-Tank Level 2 shot the first screwtrack that came out of the boss, then it seemed to simply track towards the boss but did not fire, even as more screwtracks came out.

    – On the second level in General mode, I built and AT Level 2 on the builsite to the left of toybox (from starting camera angle) As vehicles drove past the turret would track the vehicles but not fire until they reached a specific point. Perhaps this was because the turret could not depress far enough to get off a shot that would actually hit, but it would still track an "invalid" target even when another vehicle had proceeded to a point where the turret had fired at previously.

    – On the first level of Napalm, it’s pretty hard to get a decent camera angle of the corner of the map where the convoys pass by. Being able to move closer/over the mountain would help checking out where stuff is, otherwise only zoom level 1 can really see what’s going on, side-on.

    – Playing Napalm on default game mode, settings. Turret health bars are all empty. Can’t repair them, so I assume HP is fine it just isn’t displaying it.

    – Using the Level 3 Artillery on level 1 of Napalm, shell-cam has the bug where WASD will still function as hot-swap, tearing you out of your turret and shell-cam.

    – Again on level 1 of Napalm, I have AT Level 2 built along the river, and since they can’t depress enough to get a bead on the tanks they will track the tanks but not fire, ignoring any alternative, viable targets.

    Ooh this one is interesting! Level 2 of Napalm I used the orbital laser, the exited the ability with CTRL whilst it was firing. The laser continued firing on a single spot, and the source of the beam effect distorted and "leaned" towards wherever I moved the regular view camera.

    Also HOORAY THE LASER NOISE STOPS WHEN THE ABILITY ENDS

    In general the camera angles on that level are pretty atrocious, unable to get a good zoomed out view to see a good deal of the map at once…

    – Oh and still getting the "scoped view scope texture not displaying" bug

    – Vehicles say "ESC to exit" when ESC brings up the menu, space is used to exit instead

    – Level 3 Anti Tank control is crazy sensitive now. Makes it VERY easy to manoeuvre complexly, don’t know if this was intended but it does feel OP now.

    – Any chance we could get a change where after your projectile hits something and shell cam quits, holding down fire will launch the next projectile as soon as possible? Either as soon as the camera angle returns to the default position and firing is enabled again OR as soon as the turret is reloaded.

    – Russian AT 1, when it reloads the soldier picks up an invisible warhead to load the RPG.

    – NO, Orbital Laser sound bug is still a thing. Level 2 of evil empire.

    – Russian AA 2 reload animation bugged, the missiles don’t slide up out of the sile hatches to reload the missile rack in a cool fashion

    – Russian Artillery 2, holding left click in order to use shell-cam, right click doesn’t turn it into cluster shell. You have to release left click and quit eshell cam to use cluster shell.
